Your skin looks healthy if you eat a nutritious food that your body requires. There are plenty of cosmetic brands available in stores for you to tempt you to buyfairness giving products. There are products available to keep you look young, products for minimising wrinkles etc.
The balanced nutrition will nourish you from within for giving a healthy looking skin, no cosmetic can do this. But, however you will have to also take care of your skin externally, by blocking from sun, keeping it clean, keeping it moist, removal of timely dead skin cells, exfoliating it etc.
1. Do not eat the unhygienic food, these can cause burden on internal organs and result in pigmentation, the formation of dark spots, freckles and so on.
2. Keep your stomach clean. Disturbed digestive process harms the metabolism and causes imbalances in chemical reaction in the body’s natural process. This pack will show great results to give even skin tone. Make a paste of gram flour, milk and a pinch of turmeric. (For oily skin you can add rose water instead of milk). Mix lemon juice with honey in equal quantity and make a paste by adding small quantity of gram flour. Apply this all over body with gentle massage. This will help to reduce tan and makes your skin look fairer & glowing.
This pack will show great results for getting a fair skin. Mix tomato juice and few drops of lemon. Apply on face as a face mask. Leave for 20 minutes and wash. Great face mask for oily skin to become fair.
Almonds are known for its property to make the skin fairer. It shows the results from the very first use. Soak almonds in water keep it over night, morning grind it with milk to make a fine paste apply on the face and leave overnight. In the morning wash with luke warm water. You will find your skin fair and glowing. If your skin is oily you can use gram flour to clean your face. It will remove the oil from the skin.

After a long exposure to sun, give a try to this pack for bringing back the glow on your skin. This pack will not only lighten your skin tone but also give a relief from sunburn. Take 3 to 4 tablespoon of cucumber juice add 1 tablespoon of lemon and a pinch of turmeric. Use this skin lightening pack to get a fair & glowing skin. If your skin is dry you can add few drops of glycerin in this face mask.
Make a passte using fuller earth, gram flour, little turmeric and rose water. Apply on the skin. Leave it till it gets dry. This skin pack is very good for oily skin to get fair and glowing skin. Again for dry skin you can add milk cream in it.
Take a ripe papaya. Mash it and add 2 to 3 spoons of milk in it. Apply on your face for 15 to 20 minutes and then wash with cold water. Papaya is well known for its skin lightening properties and makes you complexion fairer.
